Responsibilities:
1. Organize and implement marketing, promotion and other business work, and lead the sales team to achieve annual performance goals;
2. Lead the development of key customers and the establishment of channel business relations;
3. Implement sales budget control, establish and improve sales management mechanism;
4. According to the overall business objectives of the company, participate in the formulation of the sales plan, and formulate the monthly sales plan of the group to master the sales progress;
5. Be responsible for the follow-up of existing related products and projects, communicate with customers, understand needs, and timely communicate the progress of the project and problems;
6. Be responsible for the management of Chinese and local employees in overseas regions.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, CET-4 or above, proficient in communication;
2. More than 3 years of sales experience, more than 1 year of team management experience, working experience in renewable resources is preferred;
3. Strong sales skills and experience, marketing experience and channel development experience; Have certain contacts in the sales industry;
4. Strong communication skills, organization, coordination and team management skills;
5. High sense of responsibility and customer service awareness;
